Calkarasi is a native variety to the Aegean Region of Turkey. Grown in a single vineyard at an altitude of 950m, it is partially whole-clustered fermented with native yeast and barrel-aged for 6 months in French Oak. Subtle aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries and plums. It is deep and long with very smooth tannins and minerality. Finishes off with lovely fruit and freshness.
