Yapincak is a native varietal to the Thrace region in Turkey. Grown in a single 30- year old vineyard, partially fermented in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, then aged on lees for 5 months to add complexity. Pale gold in colour, has aromas of vanilla, citrus and pear. Bright, crisp and elegant on the palate with pleasant acidity.
