Yapincak, a unique and indigenous grape variety hailing from the Thrace region of Turkey, has been expertly crafted by Pasaeli into an exquisite 'Amber' wine. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and macerated with its skins for 52 days, this wine has been aged on its fine lees to add depth and complexity. The result is a medium gold wine with an alluring bouquet of smoke, spice, dried grasses, bitter orange and apricot. On the palate, the wine boasts tannins and refreshing acidity, with a silky and mineral finish.
