Calkarasi is a native variety to the Aegean Region of Turkey. Grown in a single vineyard at an altitude of 850m, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on its lees for 3 months to add complexity. Aromas of tangerine, strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, tangerine and orange blossom bring about a long and bright finish.
