The wine presents an umami-rich nose with distinct notes of underbrush, balsamic vinegar, mushrooms, and freshly sharpened pencil, accompanied by a subtle hint of dried sage. On the palate, the experience unfolds with flavors of dried cherries and figs, complemented by a chalky, chocolaty undertone and textured tannins that accentuate the lingering notes of coffee grounds.
