Sourced from the estate’s original home block, planted in 1978, this flagship Cabernet Sauvignon highlights the character and concentration of old vines. The fruit was hand-picked and meticulously sorted before undergoing a 30-day fermentation on skins to enhance structure and depth. After fermentation, it was basket pressed and matured for 12 months in a combination of French oak, including 20% new barrels.

The 2018 vintage delivered exceptional growing conditions, resulting in a wine of notable complexity, fine tannins, and layered dark fruit flavours.
