This is the producer’s second vintage of Emir, sourced from Cappadocia in Central Anatolia. The grapes come from a single, ungrafted bush-vine vineyard near the village of Çat, situated at an altitude of 1,000 meters. On the nose, the wine opens with a dusty, stony character, reminiscent of crushed rocks, which evolves with air to reveal notes of creamy pear-drop—a hallmark of youthful wines—and fresh pear. The palate mirrors this pear-driven profile.
