Made from 100% Verdicchio grapes, this wine comes from a high-altitude, northeast-facing vineyard known for its excellent ventilation. The constant airflow helps protect the grapes from excess moisture, allowing them to remain longer on the vine. This unique exposure encourages the development of Botrytis (noble rot), enabling a slow, natural drying process directly on the plant. The wine shows a delicate amber hue, hinting at both freshness and aromatic depth. The influence of noble rot enhances the bouquet with layered notes of dried apricot, nuts, and dates.
