Made from 100% Gingin clone grapes grown on the estate’s original home block, planted in 1978, this flagship Chardonnay reflects the quality of old-vine fruit. The low-yielding vines produce grapes with concentrated flavour and natural acidity.

After hand-picking, the fruit is gently pressed into one new and one seasoned French oak puncheon. The wine undergoes both primary and malolactic fermentation, then matures on oak for 12 months before bottling, resulting in a Chardonnay with depth, texture, and balance.
