This Pinot Noir comes from the Halcyon Block, where the grapes are handpicked and mostly destemmed, with a small portion of whole bunches added for extra aroma and structure. The wine is fermented on skins for 30 days, then gently basket pressed.

It is aged for 12 months in a mix of new and seasoned French oak, adding depth and complexity while keeping its smooth and elegant style.
